Undergrad (2004-2007) and PhD (2008-2012) in the Crosier Lab at the University of Auckland working on zebrafish models of human inflammatory bowel disease. Postdoc in the Tobin Lab at Duke University Medical Centre in North Carolina working on the zebrafish-Mycobacterium marinum model of tuberculosis (2012-2016). Group leader at the Centenary Institute in Sydney (2016-2021). Principal Investigator at A*STAR Infectious Diseases Labs since 2022. Research in my lab applies zebrafish genetic and live imaging approaches to understand host and pathogen factors that drive crucial conserved infection pathologies.
