The Congress has secured a limited number of discounted rooms at Crowne Plaza Melbourne Carlton, overlooking Lincoln Square Park and directly across the road from Melbourne Connect.

Rooms can be booked when you register, through the same registration portal.

All rates are in AUD and include GST.

Please note:

  • Breakfast is not included, but can be added for $35 per day.

  • Rooms are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

  • Full prepayment is required 35 days before the congress.

Standard Queen Room

$190 per night

A comfortable room with one queen bed, ideal for solo travellers. It includes air conditioning, a minibar, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

$210 per night

A spacious room with one king bed, ideal if you'd like extra room to relax after a day at the congress. It includes air conditioning, a minibar, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

BEWARE OF SCAMS 

Firms claiming to be accommodation or travel agents for this event, such as Business Travel Management (BTM), may contact you asking for credit card details. They are not endorsed or authorised by the congress organisers.

ASN Events and our partner hotel will never email or call you to promote accommodation or ask for credit card details. If you're contacted about APVIC-MIN 2027 accommodation, please don't respond. Any credit card authorisation will come directly from the hotel.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT POLICY

The congress organisers (the Congress Committee and ASN Events) accept no liability if the event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, government regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.

If the event is rescheduled, all registrations and extras will automatically transfer to the new dates.

If the event is cancelled, liability is limited to a refund of registration costs, subject to fees and conditions. Travel costs will not be refunded. Accommodation prepayments will be refunded according to the hotel's terms and conditions.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY A SCAM COMPANY ABOUT BOOKING HOTELS?

  1. If you've given your card details to BTM or anyone else who contacted you about APVIC-MIN 2027 hotel rooms, contact your card provider immediately, report the scam and dispute the charge.

  2. Change your online passwords and PINs.

  3. Monitor your card for fraudulent charges, and ask your card provider about cancelling it or issuing a new card.

  4. Only book rooms through the official accommodation link on this website.

ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment: Full prepayment is required by Friday 2 April 2027.

Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge more than 30 days before your check-in date. Cancellations made 30 days or less before check-in will be charged 100% of the booking.

No-shows: 100% of the booking will be charged.

All cancellations must be made in writing to ASN Events.
