Assoc Prof Christine Cheung is Associate Professor of Vascular Biomedicine, Assistant Dean (PhD Studies and Professional Development) at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She received her PhD in Cardiovascular and Stem Cell Medicine from the University of Cambridge and a First Class Honours in BEng from Imperial College London. Her research in vascular disease biology has earned significant recognition, including membership in the World Economic Forum Young Scientists Community and the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Singapore (Medical Innovations). She has received the HFSP Young Investigator Grant, and the L'Oréal Singapore For Women in Science Fellowship. She currently serves on the executive committee of the Stem Cell Society Singapore.
